Our Machineries

Zaman Jute in Bangladesh

At Zaman Jute Diversified Mills Ltd., we take pride in running one of the most modernized jute yarn and cloth manufacturing setups in Bangladesh. Our plant has been designed with a complete line of Golden Eagle Mackie (UK) Ltd. machinery — a world-renowned name in jute spinning technology. This investment enables us to ensure consistency, superior quality, and high efficiency in production, keeping us aligned with global buyers’ expectations.

Yarn Preparation & Processing

Our process begins with advanced Batch Mixers and Spreaders, which prepare raw jute fibers by emulsifying, softening, and cleaning them for smooth processing. From there, the fibers pass through Breaker Cards and Finisher Cards — robust carding machines that align and refine the fibers into slivers. Each carding stage is designed with precision rollers, dust-proof bearings, and rollformers to maintain uniform feed and output quality.

Drawing & Sliver Formation

To enhance fiber regularity, our mill is equipped with Screwgill Drawing Frames across multiple stages — first drawing, second drawing, and intermediate drawing — followed by Triple Can Finisher Frames. These machines stretch, blend, and straighten the jute slivers while ensuring high-density packing. This careful preparation process guarantees that the slivers entering the spinning frames are of the best quality.

Spinning Technology

Our spinning section is the backbone of yarn production, consisting of Automatic Doffing Apron Draft Sliver Spinning Frames. With hundreds of spindles in operation, these machines transform slivers into strong, uniform yarn across a wide range of counts (8 lbs to 18 lbs). Each spinning frame is fitted with Baxter Flyers and electronic stop motions, ensuring quality control and reduced wastage.

Winding & Twisting

The spun yarn is further processed in Mackroll Winders, producing cones and cheeses for easier handling, export, and weaving. For specialized applications, we operate Large Package Ring Twisting Frames, enabling us to produce multiple-ply yarn with higher tensile strength — a key requirement for industrial and geotextile applications.

Capacity & Flexibility

With this fully integrated machinery lineup, our factory runs 30 metric tons of yarn per day, alongside hessian cloth weaving capacity and targeted JGT (Jute Geotextile) expansion lines. Our versatile setup allows us to supply a wide variety of products — from standard CRT/CB yarns to customized JGT fabrics, depending on buyer specifications.

Why It Matters to Buyers

By using a complete Golden Eagle Mackie line supported with regular upgrades, Zaman Jute ensures:

  • Uniform yarn quality across different counts and ply
  • High efficiency with modernized auto-doffing and winding systems
  • Internationally accepted machinery compliance for export buyers
  • Reliability in bulk shipments, with daily production consistency

This machinery backbone sets us apart from traders and smaller mills, allowing us to maintain direct factory-to-buyer trust and deliver quality at scale.
